Store Policies

Naturally, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satified Jen's Gift Shop offers a 30 day return policy for items shipped within the USA & Canada

All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice inside the returned package, explain the reason for the return, as well as your full name and mailing address. All original documents received with your item must also be returned
.

All returns will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS to:   JLH Enterprises, Inc.

When we receive your return we will promptly issue an exchange, replacement, or refund via to your original credit card or Paypal, if a refund is due. Credit card processing rules allow us to refund the credit ONLY to the card that was originally used to make payment. To issue a credit to another card or to refund this payment is prohibited under these rules.

Please note: We DO NOT reimburse for return shipping expenses unless a shipping refund has been pre-approved by customer service.

Damages:

If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and no later than 7 days of receipt. Save all packaging for possible inspection by USPS or UPS.

Once you have communicated to us that your item was damaged, we will do our best to reach a satisfactory arrangement with you whether it be replacement of the item (if available), an exchange or a refund.
